Happy Friday! On this beautiful fall day we have a beautiful fall bridal + groomal session by Alixann Loosle Photography to share with you. Get ready, ladies and gents, because these images are fall-tastic!
The bride, Sarah, and her groom, Jake, took advantage of Utah’s colorful fall leaves for their bride and groom portraits. Sarah designed her wedding dress and had it custom made by Yuki Moyers with Tabasa. Sarah shares her inspiration for the gorgeous gown:
I wanted my dress to be elegant and to reflect the romance of the past as well as capture the whimsy and free-spirit of our wedding. I drew inspiration from dresses of the 1800s, the ’60s and ’70s (my favorite decades of fashion), and a couple of my favorite dresses by contemporary designers, particularly Elie Saab. My seamstress Yuki was amazing. She was excited about the whole concept and finished the dress with ease. It was an experience seeing my idea on paper come to life in stages rather than choosing something off the rack. On our wedding day, I felt beautiful and comfortably “me.”
L-O-V-E! Stay tuned, because we have more photos from Sarah and Jake’s beautiful fall bridal/groomal session coming up later today!
